Frequent Travelers

  • For the clients who travel for business and leisure more than a few times a year, this is a way to lock in concierge planning for an entire year for one low rate.

    Service includes planning for a minimum of 4 trips per year, up to six guests.

  • Starts at $1500.00 USD

Occasional Travelers

  • This package is recommended for the traveler who may only take one to three trips per year and wants everything planned from departure to the return home.

  • Price varies upon the complexity of the trip and starts at $500.00 USD.

Accommodations Only

  • For the client who prefers to secure their own air travel (because of points, rewards, miles, etc.) and only needs assistance in finding accommodations.

  • No charge for accommodations only!

Itinerary Adjustments:

  • The first two itinerary element changes are complimentary.

  • Additional changes are $50 USD each, up to three changes.

  • Further adjustments will require a new planning fee and will be treated as a new itinerary.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. These are starting rates based on trip complexity, and rates may change without notice.
