Discovery Call — We get on a 20-minute call to talk through your priorities. Rope drop warriors or sleep-in crowd? Dining heavy or park-focused? This shapes everything.
Planning Fee + Strategy Build — Once you're ready to move forward, the planning fee is collected and the real work begins — resort selection, park day assignments, dining reservations, Lightning Lane strategy, and a day-by-day itinerary.
Review & Refine — You get your itinerary, review it, and we dial it in together. Questions, adjustments, and last-minute additions — all handled before you arrive.
Show Up and Enjoy It — You arrive knowing exactly where to be, when, and why. No guessing, no scrambling, no wasted time. Just the trip you planned for.

PRICING
Planning fees are flat-rate and collected before work begins. Hotel, tickets, and dining are booked separately — you pay those directly, through my preferred partners and me.

Added Component

Each additional park, resort, cruise, or non-park destination added to the trip.
e.g. Add Universal Orlando to a Disney trip

Disney World + Universal + Disney Cruise Line — three destinations, fully planned.

Before theme park travel planning, John spent 13 years (and counting) routing fleets of trucks across the country — coordinating moving parts, contingency planning, and keeping things on time when everything was trying to go sideways.
Turns out that's exactly the skill set Disney and Universal parks reward. If he can route a fleet of trucks, he can route your family through Magic Kingdom — and probably get you on Seven Dwarfs Mine Train before 9:15 AM.
