You Know the Parks.
We Handle the Rest.

Expert itinerary planning for Disney and Universal enthusiasts who want every minute to count….without living in a spreadsheet for six months.

Who This Is For

Built for Enthusiasts. Not First-Timers.

If you already know what rope drop means and you've got opinions about which park to do on which day…you're exactly who Spellbound was made for.

The Repeat Visitor

You've been before. Now you want to go deeper — better strategy, better dining, better use of every hour you paid for.

The Adults-Only Crowd

No stroller brigade. You want cocktails around the world at EPCOT, a resort with a vibe, and a schedule built for how you actually vacation.

The Cruise Enthusiast

Disney Cruise Line or adults-only sailings — you want port strategy, excursions that don't suck, and the right ship for the right trip.

The Overwhelmed Planner

You love the parks but the sheer amount of decisions…Lightning Lane, dining windows, crowd calendars…has you exhausted before you even pack.

Not a fit? If you're booking a first-ever theme park trip and want a full orientation, that's a different kind of planning — and there's nothing wrong with that. Spellbound clients already love these parks and want someone equally obsessed to run the logistics.

THE PROCESS

Simple on Your End. Complex on Mine.

Your job is to make the big decisions. Everything else is handled.

  1. Submit Your Inquiry — Fill out the inquiry form with your trip vision — parks, travel window, group size, vibe. No commitment yet, just a conversation.

  2. Discovery Call — We get on a 20-minute call to talk through your priorities. Rope drop warriors or sleep-in crowd? Dining heavy or park-focused? This shapes everything.

  3. Planning Fee + Strategy Build — Once you're ready to move forward, the planning fee is collected and the real work begins — resort selection, park day assignments, dining reservations, Lightning Lane strategy, and a day-by-day itinerary.

  4. Review & Refine — You get your itinerary, review it, and we dial it in together. Questions, adjustments, and last-minute additions — all handled before you arrive.

  5. Show Up and Enjoy It — You arrive knowing exactly where to be, when, and why. No guessing, no scrambling, no wasted time. Just the trip you planned for.

Straightforward.
No Surprises.

Base Trip

$150

One week of planning: one park or destination + resort + flights + transfers.

e.g. Walt Disney World + on-site resort

Added Component

+$50

Each additional park, resort, cruise, or non-park destination added to the trip.

e.g. Add Universal Orlando to a Disney trip

Example: Full Combo

$250

Disney World + Universal + Disney Cruise Line — three destinations, fully planned.

$150 base + $50 + $50

What the fee covers: Strategy, logistics, coordination, and all the stuff that takes most people 40+ hours to figure out on their own. The complexity is in the knowledge, not the paperwork — and that's exactly what you're getting.

MEET JOHN

Logistics Obsessive.
Certified Park Nerd.
Disney Adult? Maybe!

Before theme park travel planning, John spent 13 years (and counting) routing fleets of trucks across the country — coordinating moving parts, contingency planning, and keeping things on time when everything was trying to go sideways.

Turns out that's exactly the skill set Disney and Universal parks reward. If he can route a fleet of trucks, he can route your family through Magic Kingdom — and probably get you on Seven Dwarfs Mine Train before 9:15 AM.

Spellbound Getaways is a Coast & Trail brand — the same precision and logistics mindset that goes into building luxury travel itineraries, applied to the most operationally complex theme park experience on the planet.
